On December 7–8, Jones Walker and the Keene Group presented a two-day labor seminar titled Charting the Course: Successfully Navigating Labor Law, Labor Relations and Labor Unions at the Jones Walker New Orleans Office.  Jones Walker labor relations and employment law partners Mark Adams, Sid Lewis, and Becky Gottsegen presented labor law topics including understanding the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), organization and neutrality agreements, unfair labor practice charges, recent NLRB decisions, union prevention and deunionization, and strike contingency plans and lay-offs.
