Jones Walker attorney Steven E. Eisenberg will be hosting an intellectual property roundtable luncheon discussion for the American Bar Association Litigation Section Intellectual Property Committee. The roundtable, "Copyright Storms and Safe Harbors in Cyberspace," will offer a presentation and discussion of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act with a focus on safe harbor provisions. Mr. Eisenberg has litigation experience in excess of twenty years, and his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, construction, and entertainment law.
