On December 8, Baton Rouge partner and Public Finance Practice chair, Fred Chevalier, spoke on the status of Tax Increment Financing in Louisiana at the Advance Zoning and Land Use in Louisiana Seminar sponsored by Lorman Education Services. The seminar was held at the Marriott Hotel in Baton Rouge and was targeted to real estate developers, city planners and attorneys.
