On November 18,  Baton Rouge public finance partner Fred Chevalier presented the “Use of TIF and Other Creative Development Incentives” at the Advanced Zoning and Land Use in Louisiana seminar held in Baton Rouge. The one-day seminar was sponsored by Lorman Education Services.
