Jones Walker partner Tom Morante will speak at the 2008 Tulane Latin American Law Institute Conference, on new Latin American legislative initiatives to prevent moneylaundering in the context of the business operations of U.S. and European financial services companies (insurers, banks, mutual funds and investment banks) operating in Latin America with a focus on applicable legal environment including the OAS Model Regulations Concerning Moneylaundering and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) AML principles.
