Jones Walker attorney Steven E. Eisenberg will speak at the South Florida Writers Annual Conference, which will be held October 17–19, 2008, in Miami, Florida. The theme of this year's conference is "Writing & Publishing in the Digital Age," and Mr. Eisenberg will lecture Saturday, October 18, on intellectual property and other legal issues for writers. Mr. Eisenberg has litigation experience in excess of twenty years, and a focus of his practice is intellectual property law. He is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property and entertainment law issues.
