Tom Morante will co-chair the Latin American Law Subcommittee Program Event of the International Business Law Committee at the ABA Section of Business Law Spring Meeting in Tampa on April 6-9, 2006.  Tom will discuss recent financial services trade regulatory developments including in the context of CAFTA and the WTO Agreement's General Agreement on Trade in Services.
