Andy Lee enjoys an active litigation practice focused in the areas of business and commercial disputes, corporate compliance and corporate and securities litigation, and fiduciary and officer liability litigation.

Mr. Lee also represents private equity and other financial investors and their portfolio companies. Recent matters include representing: public companies involved in disputes with former officers and directors; both sides of trade secrets theft actions; manufacturing companies in collection actions against SPE's; individual investors in shareholder derivative and fiduciary breach claims; corporations in computer software performance arbitrations; municipalities and land-owners in land-use and constitutional takings actions; and clients in numerous other commercial disputes. Mr. Lee also advises clients regarding records retention policies and issues, including electronic discovery.

Mr. Lee is active in legal education and attorney associations. In addition to speaking frequently at CLE events on subjects ranging from professionalism to legal technology to trial and appellate practice, Mr. Lee serves on the adjunct faculty of Tulane University Law School, where he teaches trial skills.  Mr. Lee is the former president of the Federal Bar Association (New Orleans Chapter). 

Mr. Lee also actively handles pro bono matters on the firm’s behalf, and he serves on the board of directors and is a past president of New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity.
