Allison Bell has handled merger and acquisition transactions for a variety of organizations. Most recently, she represented a large health care foundation in the acquisition of three hospitals from Tenet Healthcare Corporation, represented a large health care foundation in the acquisition of a 50 percent interest in a hospital, represented the world’s largest offshore supply vessel company in a variety of acquisitions and dispositions, and represented a publicly traded Singapore venture capital group in connection with the acquisition of Hawaii Gas Company.
Ms. Bell also provides corporate advice to a variety of public and private companies, including compliance with SEC disclosure laws and Sarbanes-Oxley, preparation of proxy materials and advice in proxy contests, contract drafting, and corporate governance matters.
