Carl Rosenblum has developed a commercial litigation practice since 1983 and currently serves as the chair of the firm's Energy Industry Group. He devotes his time primarily to the representation of parties involved in significant oil and gas disputes. He represents independent producers, major producers, pipeline companies, oilfield service companies, seismic exploration companies, oil and gas management companies, financial institutions, and significant landowners. He has handled numerous disputes concerning the rights and obligations of parties to joint operating agreements, oil and gas leases, royalty matters, exploration agreements, gas purchase contracts, drilling contracts, pipeline right-of-way agreements, farmout agreements, gas balancing agreements, seismic permitting and exploration agreements, and the enforcement of oil and gas liens, as well as the recognition and protection of those rights in a bankruptcy court
Mr. Rosenblum practices in both state and federal courts in Louisiana and Texas and has been admitted on a Pro Hac Vice basis in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, New York, California, Florida, Delaware, and Wyoming.
