James Ruoff has been practicing law with a concentration in energy for more than 25 years. His practice is predominantly transactional. He has represented natural gas producers, pipelines, gatherers, processors, and marketers in the negotiation, drafting, and analysis of natural gas purchase and sales agreements, transportation agreements, gathering agreements, processing agreements, master swap agreements, and other types of contracts frequently utilized in the natural gas industry.
