Kelly Simoneaux began practicing law in 1994 after completing a judicial clerkship with Louisiana Supreme Court Justice Walter F. Marcus, Jr. Her practice is transactional in nature and focuses primarily on executive compensation issues, including stock incentive and stock purchase plans, bonus plans, and employment agreements for both public and private entities. She also focuses her practice on the securities laws applicable to stock-based compensation, the securities law obligations of officers and directors of public companies, and the SEC reporting obligations of officers, directors, and major shareholders.
