Christopher Wappel is a member of the firm’s Business & Finance Practice Group.  He has been practicing law since 1999 primarily in the areas of commercial lending and finance and mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Jones Walker, Mr. Wappel was an associate with McGlinchey Stafford in New Orleans.

Mr. Wappel received his juris doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 1999, cum laude, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (emphasis on international relations) from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1996.  While in law school, Mr. Wappel obtained his European Legal Practice Certificate.
