Kathy Harrison's practice focuses on counseling local, national, and international companies on compliance matters, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance and other corporate governance issues, government and internal investigations, corporate and securities litigation, and the litigation of business and commercial disputes.
A native of Danville, Virginia, Ms. Harrison is a 2007 graduate of Tulane University Law School, where she served as Book Review Editor of the Tulane Law Review. Ms. Harrison also holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from Tulane University.
