Eric Michael Liddick is an associate in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on complex environmental and toxic tort litigation, insurance disputes, and products liability actions, as well as various other commercial disputes. Mr. Liddick practices in both state and federal courts in Louisiana and has been admitted on a Pro Hac Vice basis in New York.
A native of Bellwood, Pennsylvania, Mr. Liddick is a 2007 graduate of Tulane University Law School, where he served as Senior Notes and Comments Editors of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. In his final year at Tulane, Mr. Liddick participated in the Tulane Criminal Law Clinic, where he argued an appeal before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University in 2004 after serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2000–2002.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Liddick has played rugby in the U.S. and Europe, including stints with the AAC Amsterdam Rugby Football Club and the Tulane Medical Rugby Football Club.
