Steven Eisenberg has litigation experience in excess of twenty years. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, construction, and entertainment law. As a trial lawyer, he has tried various matters to verdict, both jury and non-jury, including the successful defense of a recent three month federal court theft of trade secrets jury case.
Mr. Eisenberg has represented local and national businesses in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Judge Lenore Nesbitt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Eisenberg has been and remains active in community and bar activities and serves as outside general counsel, on a pro bono basis, to the New Theatre, located in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Eisenberg is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property and entertainment law issues.
Mr. Eisenberg is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in addition to all three of Florida’s United States District Courts.
