Mark King joined Jones Walker in 2008 in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Mr. King previously worked for the firm of Miller, Hamilton, Snider & Odom, L.L.C., where he focused his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on banking and debtor/creditor relationships. He works with financial institutions, investors and other creditors on loan sales and acquisitions, commercial and consumer loan restructuring and enforcing secured and unsecured distressed obligations.
