Trey Cloud is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm’s Baton Rouge office. Mr. Cloud is involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including financing transactions and refinancing transactions. Most of his clients are developers and he assists them with everything from the land acquisition to the title review, financing, land and zoning issues to the lease work. His most recent project was a 400,000 square foot mixed use development, where he handled all aspects of their Real Estate needs.
In addition to developers, he has served as counsel for the refinance of hotels and negotiated leasework, title work and curative work for a major retaurant chain. He also represents several national retail tenants in the acquisition of property, development of outparcels, strip centers, and large mixed use developments.
