A special counsel in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Michele Crosby has more than 18 years of experience litigating various matters. Her trial practice is predominantly related to ground and air transportation matters including cargo delay, damage and loss claims, insurance and commercial aviation and product liability issues. She also has extensive experience in toxic tort, class action, ERISA, and contract dispute litigation. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Crosby is a member of the Conference of Freight Counsel and the Transportation Lawyers Association.
