Scott Jenkins' practice focuses on personal injury litigation, business and commerical litigation, construction litigation, contract disputes, and insurance coverage disputes.  He also negotiates and drafts master service agreements and charter agreements and routinely handles offshore and maritime regulatory matters, including issues relating to the United States Coast Guard and United States Customs Service.
