Jennifer Kogos is a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation, including litigation under Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and state law counterparts. In addition to experience before federal and state courts, Mrs. Kogos represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and its state law counterparts. Drafting employers’ policies, handbooks, and employment agreements, as well as day to day advices and training employees and seminar participants on various aspects of employment law, also constitute a large part of her practice.
Mrs. Kogos is a 1998 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she served as the Casenote-Quantum Editor of the Loyola Law Review.
