Will Lampton joined the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group in 2005. Mr. Lampton's practice includes a wide range of business litigation cases as well as environmental and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Lampton has been involved in most aspects of litigation, including tactical decisions, traditional discovery and e-discovery, drafting of substantive pleadings, taking and defending depositions, oral argument, and trial.
